மின்சார பயன்பாட்டிலும் வருகிறது சிக்கன நடவடிக்கை?

மின்சாரத்தை சிக்கனமாக பயன்படுத்த, மத்திய அரசு விரைவில் அதிரடி நடவடிக்கையில் இறங்க உள்ளது; படிப்படியாக, வீடுகளிலும், தொழிற்சாலைகளிலும் மின்சிக்கனத்தை அமல்படுத்த உள்ளது.உலக மக்கள்தொகையில் இரண்டாம் இடம் வகிக்கும் இந்தியா பயன்படுத்தும் மின்சாரத்தின் அளவோ, சர்வதேச மின்சாரப் பயன்பாட்டில் 4 சதவீதம் தான். இந்த மின்சார பயன்பாடு, 2017ம் ஆண்டில் இரட்டிப்பாக உள்ளது.

 8 சதவீதம் முதல் 10 சதவீதமாக இருக்கும். அடுத்த 10 ஆண்டுகளில் இந்தியாவின் மின்சாரத் தேவை மூன்று மடங்கு உயரும்.நாட்டை பயமுறுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும், மின்சார தேவையை சமாளிக்க, அரசு பல திட்டங்களை வகுத்து வருகிறது. அனல் மின்நிலையம் முதல் அணுமின் நிலையம் வரை உற்பத்தி பெருகினாலும், தேவையை சமாளிக்க காற்றும், சூரிய ஒளியும் கூட தப்ப முடியாது. எங்கெல்லாம், எப்படி எல்லாம் மின்சாரத்தை உற்பத்தி செய்ய முடியுமோ, அந்த முயற்சிகள் அனைத்தும் 10 ஆண்டுகளில் நடக்கும்.ஒரு புறம் மின்உற்பத்தியை அதிகரிக்க முயற்சி நடந்தாலும், மறுபக்கம் அதை சிக்கனமாக பயன்படுத்தவும் அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறது.

மின்சாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி செய்யப்படும் அனைத்து பணிகளிலும் இந்த மின் சிக்கன நடவடிக்கை வரும்.அதற்கான ஆயத்த பணியை அரசு துவக்கி வெகுநாளாகி விட்டது. தேவையில்லாமல், அதிகமாக மின்சாரத்தை வீணடிக்கும் கருவிகளை மாற்றி, மின்திறன் மிக்க (எனர்ஜி எபீசியன்சி) கருவிகளின் பயன்பாட்டை அரசு விரைவில் கட்டாயமாக்கும். இந்த கட்டாயம், மக்களது மின்தேவையைக் குறைப்பதோடு, தேவையற்ற செலவைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தவும் செய்யும். அன்றாடப் பணிகளில் இடம் பெறும் வீட்டில் ஒளி கொடுக்கும் விளக்கு முதல், கிரைண்டர், ஏ.சி.,வரை அனைத்திலும் சிக்கனத்தை கடைபிடிக்கும் நிலை ஏற்படும்.

இந்த மின்சிக்கன நடவடிக்கைக்காக, மத்திய அரசு, மின்திறன் அமை வனத்தை (பீரோ ஆப் எனர்ஜி எபீசியன்ஸி) ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்த மின்திறன் அமைவனம், பல நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டு, வீணாகும் மின்சாரத்தை மிச்சப்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கைகளில் இறங்கும்.டில்லியில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் இந்த அமைப்பு, இப்போது முதலடியாக, குண்டு பல்புகளை ஒழித்து, "ஸ்லிம்' பல்புகளை அறிமுகம் செய்யத் துவங்கியுள்ளது. சாதாரணமாக, நூறு வாட்ஸ் குண்டுபல்பு தரும் ஒளியை, 40 வாட்ஸ் "ஸ்லிம்' (சி.எப்.எல்.,) புளோரோசென்ட் பல்ப், கொடுக்கும். அதோடு, வெளிச்சமும்"பளிச்' என இருக்கும். நாடு முழுவதும் பல லட்சம் பல்புகளை மாற்றும்போது, மிச்சப்படும் மின்சாரத்தின் அளவும் அதிகமாகவே இருக்கும்.

பல்பு போன்றே,வீட்டு உபயோக மின்சாதனங்கள் அனைத்திலும் மின்சாரப் பயன்பாட்டைக் குறைக்க, மின்திறன் கழகம், நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. ஏ.சி.,மெஷினை, குறைந்த மின்திறனை பயன்படுத்தி, அதிக அளவு குளிரூட்டும் திறன் வாய்ந்ததாக உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என மின்திறன் அமைவனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. ரெப்ரிஜிரேட்டரிலும், இந்த முறையை கையாள வேண்டும் என அறிவித்துள்ளது.இந்த முறையை அமல்படுத்த, ஒவ்வொரு தொழிற்சாலையிலும் தயாராகும் சாதனத் திற்கு "ஸ்டார் ரேட்டிங்' அளிக் கப்பட உள்ளது. ஐந்து "ஸ்டார்' பெறும் சாதனம், குறைந்த மின்சாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி, அதிக திறனுடன் இயங்குவதாக இருக்கும். இந்த "ஸ்டார்' குறியீட்டை கவனித்து, பொதுமக்கள் பொருட்களை கவனித்து வாங்கலாம்.

வீட்டு உபயோக பொருளில் மோட்டார் அதிகம் பயன்படும், சீலிங் பேன், கிரைண்டர், மிக்சி போன்றவற்றுக்கும் மின் திறன் கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட உள்ளது. குறைந்த மின் திறனில் அதிக சக்தியுடன் இயங்கும் மோட்டார்களை உருவாக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் தற்போது ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. விவசாய மோட்டார் பம்ப் "ஸ்டார்' குறியீடு பெற, மின்திறன் அமைவனம் படிப்படியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறது.

Agriculture projects a completely different challenge all together. Consider this: irrigation is the largest consumer in agriculture and agricultural accounts for more than 30% India's energy use. The agricultural sector accounts for over 120 lakh electric pumps, all used primarily for irrigation. It consumes 6000 crore kWh of electricity. Star rated products can bring down this consumption by 30% (1800 crore kWh). The energy efficient performers from C.R.I. Pumps promise the agricultural end-user significant reduction in running time.
